In the unfortunate event you or your family ever need to make a claim, it’s important you call AIA Dubai on 13 3982 as soon as possible after the claim event occurs.
Call 13 1056 to notify us of your claim immediately. A Case Manager will talk through your situation and let you know what information we may need.
For CreditCard Plus and Loan Protection Insurance, call 13 3982 between 9am and 5pm, Sydney time, Monday to Friday.
Where possible, your claim will be processed over the phone. Otherwise, the claims team will send you a claim form and a letter explaining what supporting evidence is required to assess your claim.
